Subscription Plans
Subscriptions include laundry services for four bags of laundry, small or large depending on the subscription chosen, four weekly collections and deliveries, and ironing of bed linen.
The bag can contain all textile items that can be washed in water without undergoing changes in size or color, which do not require manual washing or wet or dry cleaning. Items that require manual washing or wet or dry cleaning will be charged according to the price of each item, specified on the website in the Cleaning category. You can add as many items as you want, as long as they fit in the bag so that the bag can be closed.

Clothes or other items that require wet or dry cleaning can be sent without placing a new order, and their processing will be charged additionally, on top of the subscription price, according to the price of each item and service. Items that require wet or dry cleaning according to the instructions on the label, such as jackets, coats, down jackets, evening dresses, or household items other than linens and towels, such as blankets, curtains, drapes, etc., will be charged according to the price of each item, specified on the website in the Cleaning category. Once your items arrive at the laundry, they will be inventoried, analyzed, and classified into the appropriate service category—washing or wet cleaning. On the morning of delivery, you will receive an SMS with the total cost, which you can pay in cash or by card to the driver.

Our specialists do their best to ensure that the items in the laundry bag are washed using programs appropriate for their fabric and color, following the instructions on the label, if available, or using their experience to identify the fabric if there is no label. However, in the absence of a label, we cannot be 100% sure that we will correctly identify the fabric, so we cannot assume responsibility for any damage to items made of sensitive fabrics without a label that are placed in the laundry bag.
The subscription is paid in a single monthly payment. Payment for the first month of subscription can be made online, at the time of ordering, or at the first collection/delivery, by card or cash. Payment for the following months of subscription will be made in the same way, after we agree with you to charge a new subscription. Subscriptions are renewed only with your consent after 28 days, or after using the four collections.

Wet Cleaning
The cleaning service is intended for clothing or household textiles made of delicate fabrics such as linen, silk, wool, which cannot be washed in water because they may shrink or deteriorate, but require cleaning with special equipment and programs that will prevent shrinkage or color change, while preserving the texture and shape of the items. For example: linen or silk shirts, wool sweaters, jackets, down jackets, silk dresses, leather sneakers, motorcycle helmets, curtains, drapes, armchair covers, etc. You can put as many items as you want, and you will be charged per item for the cleaning service, according to the prices on the website for each item.
Stain removal depends on several different factors, including the type of stain, the material of the stained item, and how long ago the stain occurred.
If you notice that one of your items is stained, send it for professional cleaning as soon as possible. Timing can impact the success of the stain removal process. We do not recommend pre-treating stains at home, especially for silk items, as this could cause further damage to the item.
Upon completion of the cleaning or washing process, all items are scanned for residual stains. Colored items will most likely be spot treated, sent to the stain table, or sent back through the cleaning process for another attempt at stain removal. Since the wet cleaning process is designed to bring stains to the surface of the fabric, any additional treatment is usually very successful.
The stain treatment uses a specialized pressure steam gun. The pressure can be adjusted depending on the type of stain and the material of the stained item.
The cleaning professional may choose to leave some stains untouched if they believe that further treatment could cause additional damage, such as a larger stain, water marks, or color loss. If we are unable to successfully remove a stain, we will notify you upon delivery.
