You select the services you need on the website, specify your laundry preferences, enter your address, and choose the day for pickup. Place your order online and pay online or upon delivery.

Don't know how much laundry you have or didn't have time to place an order? No problem! Simply schedule a pickup on the website or by phone. Moreover, if we already have your contact, on the day we'll be in your neighborhood, we'll notify you by email or SMS. Call us or reach out through our website, email, or WhatsApp, and your pickup will be scheduled.
Once your items arrive at the laundry facility, they will be inventoried, analyzed, and categorized into the appropriate service category - washing or wet cleaning. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS with the total cost, which you can pay in cash or by card to the driver.
ORDER
First order
For the first pickup, the eWash driver will provide you with Wash bags in which you can place your laundry and items for cleaning, if necessary. For each service you ordered, whether laundry or wet cleaning, the items will be delivered in separate eWash bags or covers, which you will use for each future pickup and receive back with each delivery.
Collection day
On the scheduled pickup day, all you need to do is have your eWash bag ready with the laundry you want us to wash or clean, at the address you provided. Don't worry about forgetting; we'll remind you! At the time of scheduling the pickup and on the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS with the time slot when the driver will arrive and the order details.
Make sure you send us everything you need to wash or clean. Any additional clothing or items for cleaning or washing that you may have forgotten to include in your online order can be prepared for collection without the need for a new order, and their processing will be charged according to the price of each item, as specified on the website.
Delivery date
Enjoy your free time while we wash, clean, dry, and iron the items you sent, according to your preferences. You will receive them back within 48 business hours, at the provided address, neatly folded or on hangers, ready to wear or put in your closet.
The delivery window may extend beyond two business days, depending on the type or quantity of items sent, in which case you will be informed regarding the delivery timeframe.
