With eWash, you can forget about the hassle of dirty laundry. We wash all your laundry according to your preferences. . Our laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding, come with a FIXED MONTHLY PRICE if you opt for a monthly subscription. Washing, stain treatment, drying, and ironing are all carried out by an experienced team, using professional detergents and equipment, with attention to detail and care for your garments.
The laundry items will undergo the following process:

Careful analysis for fabric and stain identification, sorted by color and fabric type.

Treated to remove stains.

Washed in water and dried separately from other customers' items, using professional equipment and tailored programs for different fabric types, with detergent and fabric softener according to your preferences.

Ironed, only the selected items, and placed separately in a bag within the eWash laundry bag, according to your ironing preferences.

Folded or hung on hangers according to your preferences.

Packaged for additional protection during delivery.
You can include all textile items that can be machine-washed without changes in size or color, which do not require hand washing or dry cleaning in the laundry bag. Items that require hand washing or dry cleaning will be charged according to the price listed on the website under the Cleaning category. You can add as many items as you want, as long as they fit in the bag so that it can be closed.
When placing the subscription order, you provide the collection and delivery address and choose the day you want your laundry to be collected. The eWash driver will come every week on the designated day, and there is no need for another pickup appointment. You just need to have your laundry ready for pickup. Don't worry if you forget; we'll remind you! At the time of scheduling the pickup and on the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS with the time slot for the driver's arrival and order details.
Delivery is typically made within two working days from collection. The delivery timeframe may be longer than two working days depending on the type or quantity of items sent, in which case you will be informed of the delivery time.
The subscription is paid in a single monthly payment, at the beginning of the subscription period, online, or at the first pickup/delivery, with a card or in cash. Plans are renewed every 28 days or after using the four pickups, after we have your confirmation.
There are no permanent clauses! You can cancel anytime, just notify us by email or phone, at least 5 days before the subscription renewal.
Garments or other items requiring hand washing or dry cleaning can be prepared for collection without the need for a new order, and their processing will be charged separately, in addition to the subscription price, according to the price of each item listed on the website in the Clothing Wet Cleaning and Household Item Wet Cleaning categories. Once your items arrive at the laundry facility, they will be inventoried, analyzed, and categorized into the appropriate service category - washing or wet cleaning. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS with the total cost, which you can pay with cash or card to the driver
