Instead, they require cleaning with special equipment and programs that prevent shrinking or color alteration while preserving the texture and shape of the items. For example: linen or silk shirts, wool sweaters, blazers, down jackets, silk dresses, leather sports shoes, motorcycle helmets, drapes, curtains, chair covers, etc. You can include as many items as you want, and the cleaning service will be charged per item, according to the prices listed on the website for each item.
When placing your order with items for cleaning, you'll enter the collection and delivery address and choose the day for collection. You just need to have the items ready for collection. Don't worry about forgetting; we'll remind you! At the time of scheduling collection and on the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS with the driver's arrival time slot and order details. Delivery is typically made within two working days from the collection date. The delivery interval may be longer than two working days, depending on the type or quantity of items sent, in which case you will be informed about the delivery timeframe.
Payment can be made online or at the time of collection/delivery, either by card or in cash. Any additional clothing or items for cleaning or washing that you may have forgotten to include in your online order can be prepared for collection without the need for a new order, and their processing will be charged according to the price of each item, as specified on the website. Once your items arrive at the laundry, they will be inventoried, analyzed, and categorized into the appropriate service category - washing or wet cleaning. At eWash, all items requiring cleaning will be carefully analyzed by a specialist to identify the optimal cleaning program.
